These prices are for 1 box, we can pack up to 3 boards in the same box.
We will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. Delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc).
All sent orders will require a signature on receipt.
Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.
For our delivery service we use DPD who offer a one hour delivery slot to stop you from waiting in all day. Before they send the goods out for delivery in the morning they will send you an SMS text message and e-mail telling you within which hour timeframe they expect to deliver your goods. For this reason we encourage you to include your mobile phone number and an e-mail address of which you can check, to your details when placing an order.
Your return Indo Board must be UNUSED.
What if I need to send it back for exchange or refund?
It's not a problem, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged or the cost of the item(s) refunded. (Please note refunds are made back to the original card the transaction was made with).
All purchases on Indoboard.eu are covered by a 21 day exchange or refund guarantee.
In all return correspondence please quote or have to hand your - Order ID/Order number

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requiresa signature upon delivery.
We will refund you any money you have paid us for the product(s) being returned, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. The original postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.
If you return an item to us that is faulty or have a problem order of any kind, we will arrange the parcel to be returned to us (UK only).
