Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be be asked to confirm your order before being taken to a Secure Payment Server. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Shipping And Handling: We will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. Delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc) For our delivery service we use DPD who offer a one hour delivery slot to stop you from waiting in all day. Before they send the goods out for delivery in the morning they will send you an SMS text message and e-mail telling you within which hour timeframe they expect to deliver your goods. For this reason we encourage you to include your mobile phone number and an e-mail address of which you can check, to your details when placing an order.
Delivery Schedule: We aim to deliver your order right away! You will normally receive your order to you within 48 hours from receipt of payment. All sent orders will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.
Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will contact you with the option to wait for the new delivery or to choose another item or to cancel your order all together.
Tax Charges: All orders include VAT at the current rate except where VAT is exempt, for instance Channel Island .
Credit Card Security: During the ordering process, no personal information is gathered by our Web site.

Returns Policy: Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found by clicking here. Your return Indo Board must be UNUSED What if I need to send it back for exchange or refund? It's not a problem, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged or the cost of the item(s) refunded. (Please note refunds are made back to the original card the transaction was made with). All purchases on Indoboard.eu are covered by a 14 day exchange or refund guarantee. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requiresa signature upon delivery. We will refund you any money you have paid us for the product(s) being returned, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. The original postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you return an item to us that is faulty or have a problem order of any kind, we will arrange the parcel to be returned to us(UK only)
