“Even though I was fully aware of the benefits of cross training on any Indo Board set-up, it’s help with overall strength and fitness and how these bits of kit relate directly to skills needed out on the water, I was made even more aware this year through Indo Board being onboard with the tour just how much enjoyment the wakeboard community can have with them. Any wakeboarder of any level understands the need for general balance and more fine tuned core stability but with the ever growing popularity of obstacle riding in wakeboarding and wake skating, the Indo Board balance trainer comes into it’s own even more as the training can become even more specific to the sport than it already is.
Everyone had a blast on the Indo Board set-ups we took to every stop and fitness and training aside, they are simply great fun to play on whether it be with your friends or on your own. I’m very thankful and appreciative for the main man Hunter Joslin coming up with such an incredible bit of kit and of course the guys at Indo Board Europe for continually supporting our sport!

Indo Board @ Europe’s biggest Pro Wake Tour !
With the venues set, solid industry backing on board and some of the best riders in the world making their way back to the UK after their winter training the Relentless UK Pro Wakeboard Tour 2011 is on.
INDO BOARD have fronted their support once again as associate sponsors to make this years Pro Tour happen!
The Pro Tour titles up for grabs and a sizable platform of promotion for the riders across Europe and the worlds wake and action sport media, as far as the riders go, this series of four events is worth laying it all on the line for.
Two boat stops and two cable stops, hitting Sheffied Cable, West Midlands Waterski Centre, JBSki and Quayside Wake & Ski make up this year’s tour. There’ll also be Double Up Big Air contests at both boat stops thanks to our new supporters, Midland Nautique, and the invite only Kustom Skate Jam at the tour finals to get even more of the UK’s wake scene involved. Dan Nott and team O’Neill rider Sam Carne will do battle once again but this year with even more competition from an incredibly talented field of athletes. As is to be expected from a cable scene that claims multiple individual world and European champions as well as world team Championship status, the cable stops will be all out warfare as reigning Cable Tour Champion, Relentless’ own James Young and Kirsteen Mitchell do all they can to fight off some of the worlds best.

Relentless Indo Boarding @ Boardmasters 2011
Indo Board was once again a huge success with the public at the Newquay Boardmasters Surf Competition in Cornwall. Our stand was “overrun” with surf groms – some as young as 6 years old who are pulling off great moves.

Indo board Europe back Cornish charity
The fourth Joe Way Paddle for life now has another national backer, Indo Board Europe who are donating prizes for the Newquay event on the 15th of September.
Joe is the inspirational little boy who touched people’s lives around the country and beyond. His story of hope and fighting against all the odds has inspired people all over the world.
The 2010 event saw over 200 paddlers of all ages and abilities taking part to do their bit to raise money for their chosen charities.
Team Joe and its supporters have raised over £93,000.00 in the three years since Joe passed away aged 4. £65,000.00 has gone towards building Cornwall’s first children’s hospice which opens this year.
Adriano Roldan the UK & EU distributor for Indo Board supported a Joe Way event in May which raised £500 for the Cornish blind association at the VW Run to the Sun event.
Adriano said “The Indo Board Balance Trainer is the most versatile balance board product available in the market today. Originally designed for surf balance training in the 1970′s by surfer Hunter Joslin, the product’s simplicity has enabled it to become a truly multifunctional fitness tool. Most importantly it is FUN”.
Adriano who has just been at the Boardmasters promoting this unique way to stay fit and practice surfing visited the SKINDOG surf camp and Flowrider at Hendra Holiday Park.
All this month at the Skindog surf camp which is open to day visitors you can try out the indo board at the amazing test centre. If you enjoy it you can buy a board or enter the raffle to win your own indo board which is being drawn at the Newquay paddle.
Ben Skinner who is an Ambassador for Joe’s story said “The Indo Board is so much fun and it’s great to see adults and kids discovering this fun way to keep fit, it’s not just for surfers”.
Matt Way Joe’s Dad said “The indo board has been a great hit with adults and kids and the try before you buy idea at the surf camp and Flowrider is working really well. We are really grateful that Adrian and his team are supporting the Paddle and yet another global brand is supporting Joe’s story”.
Locals are welcome at the FlowriderBBQ evenings every Monday and Thursday from 4pm. You can take your own food to cook on the open BBQ, have a taster of Skindog beer donated by Skinners (for a donation to the Joe Way appeal), try one of the many Indo Boards or get wet and wild on the Flowrider. Parking is free and it takes place on Hendra Holiday Park

The Relentless Energy Drink Boardmasters in Association with Vans celebrates 30 years of World Tour Surfing at Fistral Beach. To celebrate this fact there are a host of events taking place over the five days at Fistral Beach. (Wed 10th – Sunday 14th August)

- Longboarding has been introduced in the shape of the Tuaca Longboarding Pro.
